LISA+ is a comprehensive package designed for planning and evaluating intersections, testing traffic-actuated controls and simulating traffic flow. It can also be used to upload data directly to traffic controllers. The detailed simulation and analysis of the proposed control allow a comprehensive assessment of traffic flows.
